    The 5,000ft altitude and pristine conditions of the Highlands of Papua New Guinea are perfect for growing high quality arabica beans.

    The coffee is shade grown on small family allotments, these house an oasis of biodiversity; home to both native plants and wildlife. The cherries are handpicked and carefully processed.

  • Roasting

    Single-origin coffee (as opposed to blends) allows for a coffee’s unique intensity and flavour characteristics to be enjoyed in it’s purest form.

    We roast weekly to ensure fresh, rich flavour - with three varying degrees of roast available. You can pick up a bag from us directly at our roasting shed, your local farmers market, stockists or shop online for delivery.
